| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio, teórico – práctico consta de cinco apartados principales y que dan vida a sus objetivos. El primer apartado corresponde a la introducción, en donde se presenta el problema con sus antecedentes y justificaciones. El segundo apartado fundamenta, de forma teórica, el estudio; revisando los aportes de autores en función de la gestión del clima escolar, la convivencia escolar y la gestión del clima de aula. El tercer apartado habla del marco metodológico, el cual indica el instrumento utilizado, el procedimiento y los participantes. El cuarto apartado presenta los resultados del estudio; éstos se presentan en tres momentos, que corresponden a: 1. Resultados diagnósticos, siendo representados con gráficos las valoraciones obtenidas en el pre-test; 2. Plan de mejora, diseñado bajo un enfoque formativo y basado en la reflexión sobre las propias conductas sociales; 3. Resultados del post – test, siendo gráficamente comparados con los resultados obtenidos en pre - test. Finalmente, el quinto apartado presenta las conclusiones halladas por el investigador en este contexto, siendo presentadas en orden con los objetivos específicos del estudio | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The present study, theoretical - practical consists of five sections, which give life to their targets. The first section corresponds to the introduction, where the problem with his background and justifications presented. The second section based, theoretically, the study; reviewing the contributions of authors in terms of the management of school climate, school life and classroom climate management. The third section talks about the methodological framework, which indicates the instrument used, the procedure and participants. The fourth section presents the results of the study; they occur in three stages, corresponding to: 1. Diagnostic Results, being represented with graphics valuations obtained in the pre-test; 2. Improvement Plan, designed under an educational approach based reflect on their social behavior; 3. Results of post - test, being graphically compared with the results obtained in pre - test.
