dc.description.abstract | A rapid micro propagation system of Copihue plants is disclosed here. The propagation according to the present system uses apical meristems of at least seven years old plants as the intiation material. According to the present system vigorous and healthy plantlets with predictable features can be obtained without callus formation in about five months. The method is applicable to a vast number of different Copihue cultivars. | es |
