dc.description.abstract | This disclosure provides gene sequence of a novel gene DaRubl of Deschampsia antarctica expressing in low temperatures. The promoter sequence of this gene is identified and characterized. The promoter is inducible by low temperatures, wounding and auxin treatment. Additionally the disclosure shows improved low temperature tolerance of transgenic Eucalyptus plants expressing DaRubl gene. | es |
