dc.description.abstractEl octubre chileno marcó un punto de inflexión en el devenir político del país, catalizando un proceso de cambio constitucional. En este contexto, la investigación analiza el rol que tienen los actores socioterritoriales en el posicionamiento de las demandas ambientales en el proceso constitucional, dando cuenta de su configuración y estrategias. Para hacer esto, el artículo analiza una muestra intencionada de organizaciones socioambientales desplegadas a lo largo del territorio nacional. Del mismo modo, se desarrolla una mirada teórica sobre las estrategias políticas de las organizaciones socioambientales y establece una estrategia metodológica mixta, combinando técnicas cuantitativas y cualitativas. Los resultados muestran que las organizaciones socioambientales mantienen ciertos elementos comunes respecto a las demandas ambientales que persiguen, pero difieren en la utilización de distintas estrategias de influencia sobre el proceso constituyente, tanto insider como outsider. El estudio contribuye a la discusión sobre la movilización ambiental en Chile, avanzando más allá de los estudios de caso, que son las perspectivas dominantes en este tipo de investigación, y a la vez retrata un proceso político en curso, por lo que puede aportar a la discusión pública actual.
dc.description.abstractenThe social outburst in Chile generated a relevant milestone in the country's political system, since it catalyzed a process of constitutional change. In this context, the research analyzes the role of socio-territorial actors in the positioning of environmental demands in the constitutional process. In addition, the configuration and strategies of environmental organizations are established. To do this, the article analyzes an intentional sample of socio-environmental organizations deployed throughout the national territory. In the same way, a theoretical perspective is developed on the political strategies of social-environmental organizations and establishes a mixed methodological strategy, combining quantitative and qualitative techniques. The results show that socio-environmental organizations maintain certain common elements regarding the environmental demands they pursue, yet differ in the use of different strategies to influence the constituent process, both insider and outsider. The study contributes to the discussion on environmental mobilization in Chile, moving beyond the case studies, which are the dominant perspectives in this type of research; and at the same time, it portrays an ongoing political process, thus contributing to the current public discussion.
