dc.description.abstractEl presente artículo aborda las nuevas transformaciones y sus implicancias económicas en los procesos de innovación a nivel internacional. Además, se describen los principales cambios en el régimen legal de las invenciones en el marco de un contrato laboral o de prestación de servicios. Por último, se proponen fundamentos relacionados con la ordenación de las nuevas relaciones que se establecen en el derecho de invenciones cubano y el rol que desempeña en la estructuración el sistema de innovación tecnológica; específicamente, en cuanto a los principales intereses económicos del inventor y del empleador.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThis article analyzes new transformations and their economical implications in the innovation process worldwide. Furthermore, it describes the main changes to the legal regime of inventions on the framework of an employment or services contract. In this sense, we make a proposition of fundaments related with the order of new relationships established in the Cuban Law of Inventions and its role in the technological innovation system structure; specifically, the main economics interests of the inventor and its employer.es_ES
