| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo tiene por objetivo mostrar la evolución de la teoría de la Negociación, más allá del estándar de la industria en que se ha convertido el libro "Sí, de Acuerdo", hace ya 25 años. Reconociendo el carácter seminal de este texto, que fue una revolución dentro del campo, fue el inicio de una larga serie de libros y artículos en Negociación. La accesibilidad de estos textos es mucho más limitada que el inicial "Si, de Acuerdo", estando la mayoría de los textos solo en inglés. Es por esto que este trabajo pretende dar a los mediadores una apretada síntesis de aquellos textos que han dejado huella y son usados como textos de estudio en las diferentes escuelas de Derecho de EE.UU. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This article chronicles the development of negotiation theory beyond "Cetting to Yes", the Standard of the industry of Negotiation for the last 25 years. Recognizing that Cetting to Yes was a breaktrough, it was only the beginning of a long series of books and articles on Negotiation. Since the availability of these books is very limited in spanish, this article pretends to give mediators and other practitioners of negotiation, a glimpse of some of the main Textbooks in the USA., especially emphasizing when their theories are useful for family and other mediators. | en_US |
