dc.description.abstractThis work defends the relevance of the intercultural/decolonial approach to account for the heterogeneous dynamics of resistance and epistemic decolonization that operate in the midst of conflicts linked to interethnic contexts, and that allow to account for some of the conflicts currently existing in and more beyond the Wallmapu. Such ideas are framed in a line of interdisciplinary research proposed in order to make advances in a contextualized epistemology based on the search for recognition and justice among knowledge that are part of contemporary European critical theory and Latin American critical thinking that appears present as a theoretical framework of the theses directed in recent years in the Master's Program in Intercultural Studies. Finally, it is considered that the ethical-political sense of such interdisciplinary research generates convergences with a cosmopolitan social and political philosophy, and that the serious problems of these interethnic territories, marked by dispossession, violence and increasing racism in a global world, can be solved.
