dc.description.abstractEl objetivo principal de este artículo es estudiar la viabilidad del uso de la mediación en casos de violencia de género donde se dé la presencia de menores, conocer la opinión de los profesionales en relación a este tipo de mediación, comprobar cómo afecta al desarrollo del menor la presencia de violencia de género en su entorno familiar, así como conocer qué particularidades deben tener este tipo de procesos de mediación para aplicarse con éxito. Para comenzar, se realiza una fundamentación teórica que sirva de base para situar y centrar el objeto de estudio. A continuación, se describen los distintos pasos seguidos para llevar a cabo la realización de la investigación mediante la metodología elegida. Finalmente se presentarán los resultados de la investigación con la elaboración de unas conclusiones finales que nos permitan confirmar la tesis central de esta investigaciónes_ES
dc.description.abstractThis article aims to study the feasibility of using the mediation process in situations of gender violence where children are involved, to gather professional opinions about this type of procedure, to examine how a violent environment affects children’s development, and to determine what special features this mediation process should contain in order to be successfully implemented. Firstly, we will elaborate a theoretical framework, which will help put our subject matter into context. Secondly, we will describe the process we have followed to develop this project using the chosen methodology. Finally, we will present the results we obtained from the research in order to draw a final conclusion that allows us to confirm the main thesis of this researches_ES
