| dc.description.abstract | Civilization can be considered as a culture more or less closed, with a hermetic and impermeable tradition, in opposition to other civilizations with different traditions ("Theory of the confrontation between civilizations"), and, on the other hand has arisen the political idea considering the coexistence viable, that is the pacific coexistente between the diverse civilizations ("Alliance of Civilizations"), idea this one, that at the moment it counts on very little theoretical development. The investigation is going to analyze the referred theories, with a critica1 eye, in order to demystify the idea that the human rights are immutable truths, unquestionablily morals, evident and indispensable universally, because I believe their contents change and evolve to the rate of the circumstances and interest humans; and if some future have our societies, it will be in assuming this and other changes to come. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | La civilización puede ser considerada una cultura más o menos cerrada, con una tradición hermética e impermeable, que se encuentra en oposición a otras civilizaciones con tradiciones diferentes ("Teoría del enfrentamiento entre civilizaciones"), y, por otro lado ha surgido la idea política que considera viable la convivencia, coexistencia pacífica entre las diversas civilizaciones ("Alianza de Civilizaciones"), idea esta, que de momento cuenta con muy poco marco de desarrollo teórico. La investigación pretender analizar las referidas teorías de forma crítica para luego desmitificar y/o despetrificar la idea de que los derechos humanos son verdades inmutables, incuestionablemente morales, evidentes y exigibles universalmente, pues creo y sostengo que sus contenidos cambian y evolucionan al ritmo de las circunstancias e intereses humanos; y si algún futuro tienen nuestras sociedades, estará en asumir este y otros cambios por venir. | en_US |
