dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación contrasta la regulación ofrecida por el derecho chileno para la tutela del derecho a la intimidad genética con el estándar ofrecido por el derecho internacional y por el derecho comunitario de la Unión Europea. Esta comparación permite evidenciar las omisiones y deficiencias de la regulación nacional y, por tanto, la urgente necesidad de contar con una legislación que le otorgue una robusta protección, tanto por su jerarquía iusfundamental como porque favorece a personas, familias y colectivos.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe article examine the obstetric violence legislative situation in Latin America. Particularly analyzes those countries that have a legislation specifically aimed to deal with it (Venezuela, Argentina and México). The analysis includes Chilean rules that could have relation whit this issue.
